Yes, depending on availability. While we recommend booking in advance to guarantee your slot, we do our best to accommodate urgent same-day requests.
Can I book services for relatives in Lagos if I live abroad?
Absolutely. Many of our diaspora clients use Hibile Maid to support their elderly parents or relatives in Lagos. You can schedule and pay online from anywhere, and we ensure your loved ones get the care they need.
Do you provide live-in maids?
Currently, Hibile Maid focuses on hourly-based and day services. This allows families flexibility and cost-effectiveness. We may expand to live-in services in the future.
What if I’m not satisfied with the service provided?
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with any service, please contact us immediately. We will either resolve the issue or send a replacement helper where possible.
Are your services only for seniors?
No. While senior companionship is one of our specialties, our services are designed for all households—busy professionals, working parents, or anyone who needs an extra pair of hands.
How do I know when my helper will arrive?
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message with the helper’s details and arrival time. Helpers always arrive on schedule, barring unforeseen delays.
How do I pay for the service?
Payments can be made via bank transfer, online payment platforms, or cash. Diaspora clients can pay online securely. All charges are calculated on an hourly basis.
Is there a minimum booking time?
Yes, the minimum booking period is 2 hours. This ensures that helpers have enough time to complete tasks effectively.
Do your helpers bring cleaning supplies?
In most cases, clients provide their own cleaning materials (to match their home preferences). However, we can arrange for helpers to bring supplies if requested, at an additional cost.
Can I request the same helper each time?
Yes! If you are happy with a particular helper, you can request them for future bookings. We do our best to honor such requests, depending on the helper’s schedule.

Yes. While our main focus is households, we also provide cleaning and errand services for small offices, shops, and business premises.

Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?
Yes. Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance at no cost. Last-minute cancellations may incur a small fee.
Do you provide overnight or weekend services?
Weekend services are available on request. Overnight services are not currently part of our standard offering, but may be arranged for special cases.
